• All cancellation requests will be considered within 12 hours of course enrollment.

• DSI will not be held responsible for any unsolicited third-party services, such as job placement, freelancing work, money-making schemes, or business offers.

Refund Policy (for Live / Online Courses)

At DSI, we offer a refund within 3 days of joining the class, provided a valid reason for discontinuation is submitted.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, if approved by management.

Advanced Seat Reservation Refund Policy

Seat booked, reserved, or enrolled for any online or offline live course for any batch — once the fee is paid, it CANNOT be refunded under any circumstances.

Video Course Policy (Pre-recorded Courses)

All video courses are completely non-refundable under any circumstances once payment is made and access is granted.

These courses are meant for personal learning use only.
You are strictly prohibited from sharing, transferring, reselling, recording, or distributing any video, study material, login credential, or downloadable resource to anyone.

Violation of this policy may lead to permanent suspension of your course access without refund and may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
